The European Commission launches this year for the first time the EU Solidarity Corps, with the aim of helping young people to engage in solidarity-related activities, at home or abroad, with local authorities, non-governmental organisations or companies, through volunteering opportunities, work placements, internships or apprenticeships.
This info session will be an opportunity for you to learn more about this new project and to ask your questions to Floor Van Houdt, Head of Unit of the Youth, Volunteer Solidarity and Traineeships Office at the European Commission.
Please note that any incomplete form will not be considered. Places will be attributed on a first-come-first-served basis.
The event will take place on Tuesday, 17th January between 10:00-12:00 in Philippe Le Bon 3 (meeting room 4.56). Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes in advance, in order to go through the necessary registration and security to get the into the building. Participants must bring along their Identity card or passport on the day.
