“Introduction to Innovative Problem Solving methodologies”

Are you about to graduate from the second cycle (master) in sciences or engineering ? Do you want to learn about methodologies to solve problems in an innovative way ?
InfOR-emploi will offer you, in partnership with Altran – global leader in innovation and high-tech engineering consulting – a seminar about special methodologies in Inventive Problem Solving.
The key players active in the R&D and engineering environment must constantly challenge the status quo by overcoming major barriers in product and process development. Performance must be improved and compromises are not an option. These are exactly the kind of (inventive) problem situations we want to tackle efficiently by using the problem solving approach that will be taught during the course.
The Altran approach is the result of many years of supporting and coaching companies in innovation/problem solving across a large spectrum of industries. The methodology combines the strength of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) with advanced analysis methodologies like the Theory of Constraints and creativity techniques like STC Operator.
This training gives participants the tools and systematic approaches for them to find better solutions to problems and to establish a more systematic path to innovation.
Conditions de participation :
• être engagé(e) dans des études de sciences exactes (faculté des sciences, sciences appliquées, bioingénieurs)
• se trouver en année terminale (MA2, MA 60, MC)
• être inscrit(e) à la Cellule Emploi de l'ULB
