The trainee program offers as talented graduate the possibility to start a career in this truly international work environment. The Finance team is a strategic partner to all functions in Germany. They assess, develop and implement a portfolio of best in class financial processes and tools to drive PM Germany's financial goals and business objectives. During the 2 years program in Finance, you will work on challenging tasks in the different functional groups, like Controlling, Business Planning, Accounting, Treasury, Tax & Customs, Internal Audit & Controls. First starting at your home base in Munich, you will be moving also for assignments to different locations: to our Operations Finance team in Berlin, and to another affiliate in PMI.

You'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your talent in different projects, with different teams, locally and internationally, and to take responsibility for your work from day one.

 You have completed or you are about to finish your degree in business studies or business engineering with above average results.

 Your major is on Finance, Accounting and/or Controlling. You have experienced these subjects through relevant internships or initial work experience in industry and/or consultancy.

 You seek an international career and you bring the necessary language skills (excellent in English and German) plus multicultural experience. Extra-curricular and social engagements are important to you.
